From architecture to operation.
One accountable system owner. Switchroom owns design, integration, validation and production handover.
Map one useful workflow, the information it needs and the boundaries it must respect.
Workflow scope, system architecture and trust boundaries.
Evidence before expansion
Expand around what proves useful
A pilot can tell us which tasks people use, where outputs need correction, and what the system costs to run. That evidence becomes the brief for a larger deployment.
- 01
Confirm the value.
Look at time spent, review effort, output quality and adoption.
- 02
Find the constraint.
Separate workflow problems from data, access or compute limitations.
- 03
Design the expansion.
Scope the next teams, infrastructure and support around that evidence.
Built to improve through use
Reusable skills, your company’s context
Useful patterns—retrieving records, comparing inputs, preparing a draft—can become reusable building blocks. Each deployment still needs its own sources, permissions and acceptance tests.
We carry forward what we learn about building the workflow. Client records, credentials and private configuration are not shared between deployments.
