What shapes the investment

A larger deployment has an initial investment and ongoing responsibilities. Both should be clear before you commit.

Understanding the investment

The initial project and ongoing costs

A clear proposal separates the initial foundation, the work of adding departments and the ongoing cost of operating the system.

01

The foundation

Compute, storage, connections and access controls sized for the agreed workload. More demanding models or simultaneous use can require a larger system.

02

Each department

Workflow discovery, data access, agent implementation, validation and training. Each team brings its own requirements and a separately agreed scope.

03

Ongoing operation

Licensing, support, maintenance and any agreed external services. The proposal sets out recurring charges and who is responsible for keeping the system running.

Enterprise is priced around the requirements. We discuss the initial investment, the rollout stages and the ongoing budget together before you commit.

Explore a possibility

What could more capacity mean?

Less searching and repetitive preparation could leave more room for decisions, technical work and customers. Explore what that might mean with your own assumptions.

Time available across the team25 hoursper working week

20 people × 15 minutes × 5 days

Illustrative scenario, not a performance forecast. Assumes five working days a week and net time after checking and correcting outputs. Actual value depends on use, quality and the workflow; time freed is capacity, not a cash saving.
