Which workflows make a good starting point?
Recurring tasks with a clear result: comparing supplier offers, finding information in technical documents, or preparing a customer update. We look for work your team knows well, so they can judge whether AI helps.
Do we need to know which agents we want?
No. Bring the tasks that take time or create friction. We explore them with your team and choose two or three workflows that are practical to build and useful to test.
What does the pilot include?
Workflow discovery, private AI hardware, tailored agents, implementation, team training and a review of the results. We agree the specific workflows, connections and scope with you before starting.
How long does a pilot take?
Around three months is one possible starting point. The schedule depends on the workflows, access to your systems and your team’s availability. We agree the milestones together.
Can you support us after the pilot?
Yes. You can book ongoing service and maintenance as an optional monthly plan. We agree the level of support your team needs, including upkeep and help with the deployed workflows. It is priced separately from the pilot.

We can design the pilot for local AI processing. If you choose to use an external model for part of a workflow, we agree which information may be shared and under what controls before it is used.
