Choose where the work runs.
Run models in your environment. Add an external model where it helps, with clear rules for what can be shared.
Company information connects to a local AI model inside your environment. The external model is not used.

For this route, the model processes the request inside your environment. No external model provider is called.

The decisions behind your setup
The right capacity. The right connections. Clear boundaries for how it all works.

A focused pilot brings the infrastructure, agents and implementation together around one team.
Explore a first deploymentArchitecture questions
Do we need a server room?
A first deployment can use compact hardware. The right setup depends on the models, number of users and work it needs to handle. We size it around that workload.
Does private infrastructure mean everything is secure?
It gives you control over where the system runs. Security also depends on access rules, software configuration, connected tools and ongoing operation. Those are part of the design.
Do we need to train our own AI model?
Often, the starting point is an existing model connected to approved company information. Training or adapting a model is a separate decision, made when the task calls for it.
Can we keep using our existing systems?
Yes. The aim is to work with your current information and tools. We assess the available connections and access permissions, then scope the integration around your chosen workflows.
Can the system grow with us?
It can be designed for expansion. More teams or demanding workflows may need additional compute, integrations and operating support. The next stage is sized around what you learn from real use.

We agree responsibilities for updates, monitoring and support before launch. That can involve your internal team, Switchroom or a combination, with the operating scope made clear.
