Continue using the agreed agents through the included licence year. The hardware remains yours, and a wider rollout is your decision.

Add monthly service and maintenance.

You can book optional monthly support after handover. We agree the upkeep, workflow assistance and responsibilities your team needs, with the service priced separately.

Build another agent.

Additional agents are scoped and quoted as separate projects. We first check whether your existing hardware has the capacity for the new workload.

Expand across the business.

What happens after the included licence year?

The first year of agent licensing is included. Your proposal sets out the licence dates and the terms for use after that year before you commit. Hardware ownership continues separately from the agent licence period.

Are there ongoing costs?

Ongoing support is an optional monthly service. Additional agents are quoted per project. Any external-model usage, third-party services or other running costs needed for your setup are identified in the proposal, alongside the licensing terms after the included year.
